Thomas Mazzuchi

Thomas is broadly interested in understanding the ways that people interpret and use language to communicate their ideas and emotions. Specifically, he is interested in using computational methods to model human language actors. He received a B.A. in Psychology and Mathematics from Bowdoin College, where he worked in Abhilasha Kumar’s Lexicon Lab studying how people respond to pragmatic reasoning and how they are affected by accessibility in referential communication contexts.
